Joseph is a native Ugandan and the founder of Blessing Uganda Foundation. His desire to lift his community out of poverty rose to new heights when the Pandemic unleashed its harsh consequences on his people. As he walked the streets of Jinja, he couldn't help but notice the suffering of those who no longer had access to food and basic health services.
As a prior member of TESO Youth Integrated Empowerment Association, an organization dedicated to helping less privileged youth, he gathered a team of friends and like-minded individuals who continue to fulfill his mission to bring food and basic necessities to those in need. Using their own funds and donations from many generous people in America, they set out on foot to deliver food and supplies.
In 2020-2021, our second year in operation, Blessing Uganda Foundation provided 300 people with relief food, 4 children with education grants, 3 wheelchairs to the disabled, 32 mattresses, blankets and mosquito nets, 17 people resources to start a poultry business, 9 women and elderly a grant to start a piggery business, and 1 goat to a woman in need .
In 2022, as we begin to emerge from the devastating impact of Covid-19 on Ugandans, we have shifted our focus to providing education to those who have suffered the most from the economic impact of this pandemic.

In 2022, as we begin to emerge from the devastating impact of Covid-19 on Ugandans, we have shifted our focus to providing education to those who have suffered the most from the economic impact of this pandemic.
This year, through your donations and a generous grant, we will award education sponsorships to the blind, lame and underprivileged children and youth in our community. We aim to create sustainable futures for the oft forgotten ones through educational opportunity.
Please join our grassroots team --each dedicated individuals whose aim is to bring self-reliance through education to Uganda.
